Terms of Service

By accessing or using Organik you confirm that:

• You are at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• If using Organik on behalf of an organisation, you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms you must not use Organik.

Organik provides a platform for scheduling, composing, and publishing social media content across multiple platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and others added over time.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Beta Features

Features labelled “beta” or “preview” are provided as-is without warranties and may be changed or removed at any time without notice.

You must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access at hello@organik.so.

You may not share account credentials, create accounts by automated means, or operate accounts on behalf of third parties without our authorisation.

Plans

Organik offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment details you authorise recurring charges. Your payment data is stored and processed by Stripe, not by Organik directly.

Free Trials

Your payment method will be charged automatically at the end of a trial unless you cancel before it expires.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refunds are issued.

Refunds

All charges are non-refundable except as required by law. Contact us within 14 days of an erroneous charge. Annual subscribers who cancel within 14 days of initial purchase may request a full refund at our discretion.

Price Changes

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice, taking effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

You agree not to use Organik to:

• Post spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or artificially inflate engagement metrics.
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or other harmful content.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse any person or group.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to Organik systems or other users' accounts.
• Reverse-engineer or extract data from the platform by automated means without written consent.
• Resell or sublicense access to Organik without our written authorisation.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

You are solely responsible for ensuring all content you publish complies with the terms and community guidelines of each connected platform:

We are not liable for the suspension, restriction, or termination of your social accounts arising from your policy violations. If a platform revokes API access we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable.

Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through Organik.

Licence to Operate

By using the service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the service. We will not use your content for advertising or model training.

Your Representations

You warrant that: (a) you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit; (b) your content does not infringe third-party rights; and (c) your content complies with these Terms and platform policies.

Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law without prior notice.

All software, designs, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property comprising the Organik platform (excluding your content) are owned by or licensed to Organik. Nothing in these Terms grants you the right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

By You

You may close your account at any time through account settings or by emailing hello@organik.so.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, your payment fails, we are required by law, or we discontinue the service.

Effect of Termination

Access ceases immediately upon termination. Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Provisions that should survive — including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits — remain in effect.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that posts will always publish at the exact scheduled time, or that defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Organik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of: (a) fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Organik and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service; (b) your content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of third-party rights or platform policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us. If unresolved within 30 days, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia. You waive any right to participate in class actions.

These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between us. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights without our written consent. We may update these Terms with at least 14 days' notice; continued use constitutes acceptance.
